When I report a joint bleed, most people think there’s blood oozing out of my body. 😂

That only men can have Hemophilia, specifically Hemophilia A. My Mom was NOT a carrier but my Dad had severe Hemophila A. They say I acquired at birth via Lyons Hypothesis. Do you know how many times I ve had to debate people on this....exhausting lol

As Susan mentioned, most folks think of the “visible” injuries like cuts. Some also think we can’t, or won’t, do any activities because we’re scared something could happen. Folks definitely don’t know one of the biggest, ummm, pains, are the bleeds into our joints and the damage that causes.
