1. If you are not happy with the results from your current treatment/therapy, look for something new. There are lots of treatment choices for Hemophilia A and B including many that are new within the last year or two.
2. Treatment compliance is critical to preventing bleeds and maintaining joint health
3. Exercise and physical activity is critical to aging with hemophilia and being able to maintain an active lifestyle.
