I began using cannabis in college in the 1970s, then stopped while practicing counseling and social work, and raising my children. When Michigan legalized medical marijuana in 2008 I began using it again and growing it. Weed helps me with chronic joint pain from years of bleeding and with sleep, though I bake with it rather than smoking. (Much safer than popping morphine pills. which I must do after decades of under-treatment for bleeds and dependence on prescription pain pills). Good luck, brother.
